NONI Subscription Policy

 

1. Overview

By purchasing a subscription product from NONI, you agree to enroll in a recurring delivery program

(“Subscription”) that automatically renews based on your selected frequency. This constitutes a binding

agreement for recurring purchases until canceled.

2. Billing & Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed automatically at your selected interval. Your payment method will be charged at

the beginning of each billing cycle. Prices are in USD and may include applicable taxes. NONI may

retry failed payments or cancel subscriptions after repeated failures.

3. Subscription Modifications

Customers can manage subscriptions via their account dashboard, including changing delivery

frequency, updating shipping details, updating payment methods, or skipping upcoming orders.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation must occur at least 24–48 hours before the

next billing date to avoid charges. Processed orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders follow NONI’s standard refund policy. Due to the consumable nature of products,

all sales are final unless items are defective or damaged. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of

delivery.

6. Pricing & Adjustments

NONI reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Customers will be notified in advance. Continued

use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship automatically according to the subscription schedule. Delivery times may vary. NONI is not

responsible for carrier delays.8. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and shipping information and monitoring

subscription status and renewal dates.

9. Termination

NONI reserves the right to cancel subscriptions or refuse service in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy

violations.
